- Move your body, aim for 6k steps a day and work your way up to 10k. This is good for your mental health and your physical health.
- One of the most important things you can do is to build strength and gain lean muscle mass. Aim for 3 strength training sessions per week, 30-45 minutes is all you need to burn fat, increase lean muscle and burn calories.
- Hydraytion is KEY. Aim for 1/2 your body weight in oz of water per day, take your water bottle with you every where you go. Fill it up a few times through out the day and this will drastically improve sleep, energy levels and increase your mental capacity.
